Key Store Policies
- Returns: Unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled anytime before shipping or will call pickup. 3.6% of the total order amount is deducted from the payment refund for credit card processing fees incurred by SumpDirect LLC.
- Damaged/Faulty Items: Damaged or broken items will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
- Damaged Item Process: Customers must email photos of the damaged product and shipping box to sales@sumpdirect.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and shipping tag.
- Shipping: Products generally ship directly from the manufacturer, with freight for items over 100 pounds and ground for smaller packages.
- Will Call: Pickups are available at Metropolitan Industries, Inc. at 37 Forestwood Drive, Romeoville, IL 60446. Will Call Desk is open from 9AM - 3 PM. Mon-Fri,
- Warranty: Most Ion Technologies products have a 3-year warranty, while pump controllers have a 1-year warranty.
Returns
- Time frame: Within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Must be in original packaging and not installed.
- Fees: A 25% restocking fee applies, plus a 4% fee for credit card processing.
- Shipping: Customer covers return shipping costs.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Defective or damaged items are replaced at no cost, but you must provide photos of the damage and the shipping box.
- Refund Timing: Typically within 7 business days after receipt of the returned.
