<h2>Order Cancelation</h2> <p>Orders can be canceled anytime before shipment. Once the order status changes to shipped, cancelation is not possible. The canceled order amount is charged a 4% feed to cover credit card processing fees incurred by SumpDirtect. See Unused Product Return Policy for addirional information if cancelation is not possible. No product refunds are accepted after 30 days. Return products must be returned in original packaging and not have been installed. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
