I ordered 2 of these quite expensive stands. The product photo is not very clear, but appears to have a solid top. However, the actual product has only 2 strips ob metal at the ends and no continuous surface. That by itself is not a big deal. But the size of the whole stand is also not as described, it is advertised at 14.5 inches long, but measures at 16.25 long. The legs are also tapered, so putting two of them next to each other creates a space. The dimensions wouldn't be an issue if you have plenty of space, but it becomes a problem when you are trying to fit in tight location. BTW, the 2 stands were stacked up together for shipping and, due to the tapered legs, locked up together. I had to use a pry bar to separate them. Note to seller: if you stack them up, put something in between;). Again, the stands are of decent quality but, as my headline says, they are not as described.
