The best of...
I stumbled across Dave’s website by accident and I am so grateful I did. He expertly talked me through a sump pump crisis, and I was overwhelmed by his knowledge and friendliness. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had customer service this good in any industry. In addition to fixing my sump pump, I wish Dave could be my auto mechanic, my dentist, and my marriage counselor. he literally told me “you can go buy this battery from somebody else cheaper.“ I told him I valued his expertise so much that I didn’t care that it cost more. I only wanted to buy it from him. Think of the last time you had somebody inspire that kind of confidence. I don’t wish anybody’s sump pump to fail, but if it does fail, do yourself a favor and call Dave.
